1. Sales Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences.

• Please choose carefully. Feel free to consult us before making a purchase if you have any questions about our products.

 

 

2. Warranty & Lemon Law (Singapore)

• Charles Atelier complies with Singapore's Lemon Law under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).

• If an instrument is found to be defective within six months of delivery, it is presumed to have been faulty at the time of sale unless proven otherwise. In such cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement and refund in the event repair or replacement is not possible.

• The Lemon Law does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling and storage, or unauthorised repairs.

  • Wear and tear from regular use.

• Valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

 

3. Condition of Goods

• Pre-owned,seasoned or consignment items are sold as-is, and any known defects or issues will be clearly disclosed.

 

4. Repairs and Servicing

• Charles Atelier offers repairs and maintenance services for selected instruments. Service availability and charges will be provided upon request.
